Outside EU, Import Duties or any local sales tax, if any, are unpaid and customer’s sole responsability. We will NOT accept returns due to customer refusing to pay custom duties as requested by the shipping agent.

Returns and Refunds
If the products do not satisfy you, you can ask for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Purchased items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. Returns shipped after 7 days will not be accepted
To carry out the return procedure you must send an e-mail to email@example.com to obtain a return authorization.
Products that has been authorized for returns must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment.

We will send you a confirmation email for the receipt of the return and for the activation of the refund procedure.
After receiving the email in which we confirm receipt of the return, we will make the refund within 24 hours. Any delay in the refund may depend on the reference bank, credit card or PayPal account. The refund is made on the same credit or debit card used for payment.
For Returns made from outside the EU, import duties into Italy will be levied and if any they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
